20 to 10 Bodyweight Only “Fun”isher

It’s Friday again! But you know what, this sort of Friday only rolls around once every four years. That’s right, the Olympics start this weekend and I couldn’t be more excited. I just love watching athletes compete. Doesn’t really matter what it is either. Swimming, track and field, weighlifting, gymnastics. You name it and I’ll be watching it.

In the spirit of competition this finisher will be right up your alley. A bit of a grinder with lots of reps, but the goal is to complete two rounds as quickly as you can, resting only when needed. Here’s what it looks like:

2 rounds, for time
A) BW Squats x20
B) Pushups x18
C) Lunge Jumps x16
D) In and Outs x14
E) Burpees x12
F) Pullups x10
