4 Rep Kettlebell Complex “Fun”isher

It’s been awhile since I last posted, but I’ve finally figured out my computer issues so it’s time to get  back to churning out new finishers. This week is a simple double kettlebell complex to get your blood pumping at the end of a workout. Don’t have 2 kettlebells? You can do the same complex for each arm. Here’s the setup:

4 rounds, rest as needed after each round

1A) Swing x4
1B) Clean x4
1C) Press x4
1D) FSQ x4
