Another KB Complex “Fun”isher

If I haven’t said it before I love kettlebell complexes. They can be used in a variety of ways during the workout but using them as a finisher is one of my favorite ways to incorporate them. So of course that’s what I did today.

The setup was a descending ladder and I did set the kettlebell down between rounds. I guess for an added challenge you could try and charge through this straight through, but I couldn’t handle that. Here’s the exact prescription for this one:

For time,

A) KB GTOH x 10, 8, 6, 4, 2
B) KB Goblet squat x 10, 8, 6, 4, 2
C) KB Swing x 10, 8, 6, 4, 2
