Ballistic Kettlebell Complex

This week’s finisher is another kettlebell complex. I’ve been testing out a lot of different complexes lately so expect to see a lot of these in the coming weeks.

This one in particular utilized several of the ballistic movements, making it an excellent finisher to improve conditioning. Using a single KB, perform the following:

4 rounds, rest 30 seconds between rounds:

1A) KB snatch x5
1B) KB clean x5
1C) KB swing x5
switch arms, then rest

If you want to make it easier you could replace the snatches with swings and still get the job done.
