Bodyweight + Swing “Fun”isher

I’ve got a very cool workout finisher for you today. It combines several basic bodyweight movements with kettlebell swings in a pretty unique setup. I definitely had fun with one, but it definitely wasn’t easy.  Here’s how I set it up:

2 rounds, 3:00 each, rest 30s between
Do A-C twice, then D
A) Pullups x5
B) Pushups x10
C) Air Squats x15
D) KB swings x remainder of time
