Clean and Jump “Fun”isher

It’s Friday, and that means a new workout finisher for you. I am right smack dab in the middle of a deload week so lot’s of rest, recovery, and bodyweight only workouts for me. Plus, I am learning Tai Chi and I have a feeling that movement practice will be replacing my daily meditation, which I always struggle with.

Deload week for me means a video from the archives for you. This one was filmed a few months back and it’s a fairly solid way to wrap up a workout. In fact, I like this setup so much that I’ll probably hit this one up again next week when I incorporate kettlebell training back into my workouts.

Here’s the setup:

6:00 AMRAP
2A) KB Clean R x 1, 2, 3…
2B) KB Clean L x 1, 2, 3…
2C) Burpee Box Jump x 1, 2, 3…

No box? Just hit up a burpee instead or even a burpee plus a broad jump or lateral jump.
