Core + Ladder “Fun”isher

Today’s finisher is a good one, I’m not gonna lie. It has a nice variety of movements with a push and a pull, some swings, and a little core work at the end of each set. It was a tough little blend that was a bit of a struggle to get through, making it a satisfying end to my workout.

Here’s the setup for this one:

For time
4A) Pullups x 10, 8, 6, 4, 2
4B) Pushups (on KBs) x 10, 8, 6, 4, 2
4C) 2x KB swings x 10, 8, 6, 4, 2
4D) Hollow rocks x20

If you need more of a core challenge try adding weight to the hollow rocks. Either way drop a comment with your time. Mine was around 8:30
