Final February Friday “Fun”isher

I finally got myself back in the gym after having to take some time off to heal up a back issue. I got to tell you, it was nice to get in there and crank this one out.  I was going stir crazy not lifting.  Still a few days before adding anything heavy back in, but in lieu of that a good conditioning setup like this one hit the spot.

Now I set this up as a 25:00 AMRAP to serve as a full workout.  If you want to use it as a finisher you can cut it to 5 or 10 minutes or whatever amount YOU want to work. Here’s the circuit:

A) Kettlebell swings x16

B) Ring Dips x12

C) Burpees x8

D) Pullups x4
