Friday “Fun”isher + FULL workout

Got an extra bonus for you with this week’s Friday Finisher.  I’m sharing with you what I did for my entire workout yesterday. And it’s ALL bodyweight, so anyone can do this. It was intense, fun, and best of all, done in less than thirty minutes!

I’ve been nursing a sore back after pulling something squatting heavy last week.  Took a few days off and now I’ve been slowly easing back into things and testing out body weight movements.  Here’s the workout:

Set 1: 8:00 AMRAP (As many rounds as possible)

A) Bulgarian Split Squat x 5/side

B) Switch Pushups over kettlbell x 5/side

C) One arm, One leg plank x 5/side

 

Set 2: 8:00 AMRAP

A) Lunge Jumps x 10

B) Plyo Clapping Pushups x 10

C) Recline Rows x10

 

Finisher – 10 rounds, Every minute for 10 minutes perform A, then B for the remainder of the minute:

A) Pullups x2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 10, 8, 6, 4, 2

B) Burpee box jumps
