KB Complex + Jumping “Fun”isher

While I’ve been digging the kettlebell complexes lately I decided to mix things up a little bit this week by adding a plyometric move in between. In my case I used box jumps, but you could use anything from broad jumps to tuck jumps or whatever strikes your fancy.

This ended up being a fun, challenging way to end the workout. Here’s exactly how I set it up:

5:00 AMRAP using double kettlebells of
A) Swings x5
B) Bent Over Rows x5
C) Pushups on KBs x5
D) Box Jumps x5
