Lucky Sevens Bodyweight “Funisher

Here is another bodyweight only workout finisher. My back is feeling better and I’m hitting the iron again, but I still love using bodyweight exercises for conditioning. This was a fun setup centered around the number 7 for reps and rounds. Here’s exactly what I did:

7 rounds, for time
A) Box Jumps x7
B) Ring Dips x7
C) Recline Rows x7

And here is what a couple of rounds looked like for me:

I was able to keep it close to about 1:00 per round, finishing with a time of 7:26. If you’re feeling lucky, try it out and let me know how you do.
