Press, Squat, Row “Fun”isher

Today’s workout finisher is a pretty simple one using a single kettlebell. I’ve always had the mindset that if I only had a single kettlebell I could continue to find ways to challenge myself and progress my strength and fitness. It’s just such a versatile piece of equipment.

Now fortunately I have access to many kettlebells and other pieces of equipment, but sometimes it pays to just get back to basics to challenge yourself.

Here’s how I set this one up:

For time, 3 rounds each arm
1A) KB Press x5
1B) KB FSQ x5
1C) KB bent row x5

Although it’s set up for time, be sure to keep good form throughout. Check out how it went for me (sorry for the wonky camera angle):
