Pullup, Lunge, Swing “Fun”isher

I hate lunge jumps so naturally I have to include them in workouts from time to time. If you don’t like a certain exercise that’s usually a pretty good indication that you should be doing more of it to get better at it.

Or maybe I’m just a masochist.

Either way, this week’s finisher turned out to be a pretty good one, despite the inclusion of the lunge jumps . Here’s how it shaped up:

5 rds, for time
4A) Pullups x3
4B) Lunge Jumps x6/leg
4C) KB swings x12

It took me around five and a half minutes and here’s what it looked it:
