Row, Clean and Press Ladder

I’ve got a heck of a grinder for you today. A tortuous little session that was as much mental as it was physical, just the way I like it 😉

A little long for a finisher, but once I got going there was no way I was going to stop. Plus the descending ladder setup gives you the perception of the workout getting easier as you go along. Here’s how I set this one up:

For Time, 30-20-10 reps of:

A) Recline Rows

B) KB Clean and Press, alternate arms each rep

Simple, not easy.
