Snatches and Burpees – A Friday “Fun”isher

Today’s finisher contains two of my favorite movements: Kettlbell snatches and burpees (yes, I seriously just said burpees are one of my favorite exercises).

I wasn’t sure that I was going to get this weekly installment out since I’ve been out of commission with a nasty head cold all week, but I finally made it into the gym today to get a workout in.  This quick finisher was enough to do me in. Check it out:

The setup is simple. For time:

A) KB snatch x3/side EMOTM
B) Bupees for remainder of the minute

repeat each minute until a total of 50 burpees are done.

This can easily be modified by subbing in another move for the snatches, bodyweight, barbell or whatever. You could also get crazy and extend the interval to 90 seconds and shoot for 100 burpees.
