The 10 Rep Mixer – A Friday “Fun”isher

So this week’s finisher has a little bit of something for everyone out there. I’m all about some variety when it comes to conditioning so I whipped up this 4 exercise circuit to use as a finisher. It starts with the kettlebell thruster, which a favorite compound movement of mine, and only gets better after that 😉

The setup is simple, 10 reps of each exercise. I repeated the circuit four times. If needed take a 15-30 second rest between rounds or try and power through it as quick as you can.

1A) KB Goblet thruster x10
1B) Box Jump x10
1C) Recline Rows x10
1D) Burpees x10
